This Continuous Text "Bird" Card is designed for testing patients ages 7 and up. WIth simple sentences in proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines with Snellen equivalents and acuity ranging 8.0M to 0.4M (20/400 to 20/20), this pediatric card assesses children with elementary reading levels (grades 1-3). The card is two-sided and measures 18 x 23cm (7 x 9in).
